PARADISE NATURAL FOODS, LLC will not assume any responsibility for damage caused to the order once the customer has the order in their possession. If a customer requests a pickup, the order must be picked up within 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time. If an order is not retrieved at the designated pick up, and no prior arrangements have been made, PARADISE NATURAL FOODS, LLC, reserves the right to cancel the order. No call, no shows are nonrefundable. Clients may request delivery if available for an additional fee in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery orders will arrive between 10a and 4 pm by the delivery service DEEPLY ROOTED PRODUCE in accordance with their route. Specific delivery times may be pre-arranged at their discretion.
Your order will be refrigerated in accordance with the safe food handling policies of the Health Department. Reheating or cooking instructions will be provided if applicable. Your order may be left on your doorstep if no one is home to receive the delivery. A text message will be sent with a picture of your order for confirmation of delivery.
PARADISE NATURAL FOODS, cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been made, completed, and confirmed.
Refunds or a replacement of the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. If you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of the item upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If the order is aesthetically defective, we require photo evidence sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to verify mistakes within 24 hours of delivery. PARADISE NATURAL FOODS, LLC will not accept liability made after this time.
